How Pinless Dialing Works:

  • The user dials an access number to initiate a long distance call.
  • The system recognizes the user’s registered phone number as the PIN, eliminating the need to enter one.
  • The user is prompted to enter a destination number.
  • The system plays an optional recording identifying how many minutes are remaining.
  • Users can dial the access number from anywhere. When calling from the non-registered number, the system automatically prompts the user for their PIN.
