NetworkIP's Prepaid Long-Distance Service allows users to dial a toll-free number prior to entering the destination number for a long- distance call. |

The system then recognizes the ANI (the user's caller ID) as the PIN, eliminating the need to enter a separate PIN for authorization. |

NetworkIP's system recognizes the ANI as the PIN, only prompting the subscriber for the destination number to be dialed. |

The system then plays an optional recording identifying how many minutes are remaining. |

Subscribers can also be given the ability to dial the 800 number when away from home. In these instances, the system automatically prompts users for their PIN (ANI) to place the call. |

NetworkIP's prepaid Local-Long Distance, or ANI Recognition, allows subscribers the ability to place long-distance calls via a phone preprogrammed to dial a toll-free (800) number, or dialed manually. The service is provisioned via the Internet, using a Web browser and provides telecommunications service providers the option of bundling long-distance services with other prepaid products.

NetworkIP charges the service provider only for actual usage by the subscriber (for unbundled inbound and outbound minutes). There are no other fees charged for Web-accessed tools or support.
