NetworkIP® has developed a superior method of quantifying long distance and international termination quality. IQTechnology® is an industry-first method of measurement that is unsurpassed by any other telecommunications carrier in the industry today.
Traditional telecom measures of voice quality, such as ASR (answer-supervision ratio), ACD (average call duration), and PDD (post-dial delay) fail to detect negative voice quality under certain conditions, precisely because these traditional measures fail to model what actual end-users (the people who actually pick up the phone to make telephone calls) experience during a call. NetworkIP’s iQTechnology uses a set of patented algorithms to monitor and analyze end-user call attempts in real time and automatically removes carrier routes that do not meet minimum quality.
iQT monitors and analyzes, in real time, the end-user experience, identifying and pinpointing when callers experience fast-busy signals, dead air, poor audio quality and cut offs. IQ Technology is agnostic to the underlying technologies - VoIP, TDM, etc. - used by carriers connecting the calls.
