Peter R. Pattullo
Chief Executive Officer
Bringing thirty years of experience in telecommunications technology, customer service, product management, maintenance, operations and support, Pete Pattullo has been the Chief Executive Officer for NetworkIP since 1999. In 1997, Mr. Pattullo joined Network Operator Services, Inc. and subsequently founded and managed NetworkIP. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer for Network Operator Services, Inc., and its subsidiaries, and spent over fourteen years at Nortel in a full range of positions.

Toni Van Burkleo, CPA:
Chief Financial Officer
Hailing from the telecommunications industry, with a CPA and management consulting experience, Toni Van Burkleo joined NetworkIP in December of 1998. From 1993 until that time, she served as the CFO and Controller for Network Operator Services, Inc./Centris Information Services. Prior to that time, Ms. Van Burkleo was in private practice as a CPA and a management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) working in their Energy Systems and Services division. Ms. Van Burkleo manages the financial functions of NetworkIP as well as carrier billing, financial analysis and regulatory and legal matters. She has sixteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry and over thirty years of experience in public and private accounting. Ms. Van Burkleo received her BBA in Accounting from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Mike Truemner:
Vice President, Network Operations and Tandem Services
Joining NetworkIP in 2002, Mr. Truemner’s more than twenty years within the telecommunications industry gives him a broad range of experience in all areas including IXC, LEC, CLEC, Mobile, Operator Services and International Operations. Mr. Truemner is responsible for all carrier negotiations, routing, facility engineering, provisioning, and overall company profitability. He previously served as Executive Director Voice Network Services for Williams Communications. Prior to his employment with Williams, Mr. Truemner worked for Sprint PCS, Sprint and GTE. Mr. Truemner is a graduate of Ohio Institute of Technology in Columbus, Ohio.

Nichole Janner:
Vice President, Prepaid Services
As one of the original employees of NetworkIP, Nichole Janner possesses more than 13 years of experience and knowledge in the telecom industry and more specifically the application services arena. Nichole joined the software development team in September 1997, which helped launch the Company in January 1998. Ms. Janner is responsible for the product evolution and enhancements to NetworkIP’s prepaid hosted services platform, developing and supporting customer relationships while maintaining oversight of contracts and pricing. Nichole also manages NetworkIP’s Customer Service center. Ms. Janner received her B.B.A. in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Brian Kirk:
Vice President, Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Brian is responsible for establishing strategic new business initiatives and partnerships. Brian brings over 10 years of client relations, software development and project management experience in the enterprise software and telecommunications industries. Prior to NetworkIP, Brian was part of the Professional Services Group with Simplified Development where he provided successful growth strategies in the telecommunications sector for both domestic & international clients. While serving in the United States Marine Corps, Brian earned his degree in Management from Hawaii Pacific University.

Stephan Broquie
Vice President of Information Systems
Having been with NetworkIP since its inception in 1998, Stephan Broquie has over 13 years of experience in telephony, data warehousing solution and transaction processing systems. Stephan graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1996 with a degree in mathematics and started at NetworkIP a few years later as an Operations Manager. In years past Stephan led the development of proprietary web based back office systems that includes CRM, data mining and billing engines. Part of the executive team since 2003, Stephan contributed to the engineering and evolution of Networkip’s cloud based services. He has since expanded his role to managing the Austin-based web development team along with the Longview-based back-office development team. Stephan brings a great amount of expertise to his role of Vice President of Information Systems and is fluent in French.
